Open the Ideas window by clicking the Ideas icon (looks like a light bulb) or choosing Ideas from the Window menu.ģ. Add a drum set staff to your score if there is not one already.Ģ. I usually turn off the intro bars, but it can be a useful option. – Make the appropriate settings in the window. If you want a traditional swing pattern, go with the second option below.
